   • You meet any applicable age requirements set by Discord
3. Free Trials
   
   

   Free trials are limited to one per user.

   Attempts to bypass trial limitations (including use of alternate accounts) may result in denial of access.

4. Subscriptions
   
   

   Paid features are provided via Discord's native subscription system.

   Subscription billing, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are managed entirely by Discord.

   Subscription benefits may be revoked immediately if a subscription is cancelled, refunded, expires, or is otherwise revoked by Discord.

   Users may not:

   • Abuse or exploit the bot or its systems
   • Attempt to bypass access controls
   • Use the bot for unlawful purposes
   • Interfere with the bot's operation or Discord's services

   No guarantees are made regarding uptime, accuracy, or availability.

   Access to the bot may be restricted or terminated for users or servers that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

   Use of the bot is at your own risk. No liability is accepted for losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from use of the bot or reliance on its output.

9. Changes to Service and Terms
   
   

   These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
